A woman gave a shy cat a home and he turned into the happiest and cutest cat.

Gabriella, who grew up with cats, was left in a vacuum when her beloved feline friends died. She began following several small rescue groups in her area to help her recover.
One day, while browsing a rescue page, she came across a post about three 10-week-old kittens born abroad. The trio had no human contact and were completely terrified. They didn’t let anyone get close to them and were ready to take care of themselves with teeth and claws.
The two feline brothers were engulfed in the cold when rescuers managed to get them to safety.

When the cats arrived Abby and Lily Cat Angels RescueThey immediately turned and stood between a litter box and a bin, wincing at the sight of everyone.
Among them, there was Jimmy, the orange and white cat, who hid above the litter box with terror in his eyes. “The rescue group wondered if the kittens were ‘adoptable,'” Gabriella told Love Meow.

The volunteers began socializing the cats and made it their mission to help these little ones learn to trust. After staying grumpy for a while, the trio began preparing for the idea of a comfortable indoor life.
They soon realize that their people mean good and that they provide them with an abundance of food. The tension in their eyes eased as they began accepting pets and being affectionate.

“I just kept following their little journey of learning to trust people, and as soon as I saw Jimmy I knew he was meant to be with me. He reminded me so much of my cat who has since died and her name is Jack,” Gabriella shared with Love Meow.
Gabriella reached out to the rescue group and applied to adopt the shy orange cat. Despite his dread at first, Jimmy mustered all his courage and called his human friend.

“I would sit with him in the room as he hid under the chair, sing and talk to him. Slowly, he began to come out and sit on my lap.”
Jimmy felt at home with the person of his dreams. His brothers later found their loving families. After a few days of adjusting to his new abode, Jimmy’s character is in full swing.

Jimmy emerged from his protective “cocoon” and blossomed into a beautiful “butterfly” with a penchant for cuddling.
The big-eyed orange cat has since grown into a gorgeous fur coat, gorgeous fluffy tail, and a larger-than-life personality.

Jimmy has learned that by lying on his back, he calls for attention and ensures a tummy rub. He enjoys following his mother around the house and supervising her every move.

Chin scratches put him on the ninth cloud, and he insisted on joining his people on the sofa and at the dinner table. He has mastered the art of walking on a crab and jumping on its hind legs.
“It’s a mogwai in the sunlight and a gremlin in the moonlight.”

If Jimmy wants a hug, he’ll happily climb into Gabriella’s lap and embrace a storm.
“He’s now the biggest boy I could wish for from a mama,” Gabriella told Love Meow. “Jimmy is so evil. He loves to hide in his tent and go out to scare everyone.”

He bounces like a floating cloud, carries toys to his mother, and wrestles with random fluffy objects. The formerly shy cat has turned into a confident, affectionate and frisky cat who has a lot to offer.

Gabriella wakes up every morning to Jimmy’s rumbling hugs, and goes to bed at night with her boyfriend cuddling next to her. Jamie brought so much joy into her life and filled the void in her heart that she couldn’t fill.
